wednesday words: july 27, 2011

I'm not athletic. Math really isn't my thing. Reading maps confuses me (unless I turn the map to be oriented the same direction that the car is heading!). And if I based my success on these things, I'd feel like quite the failure. Thankfully, there are things that I'm good at - interior design, art, graphic design, and photography. I'm happy to have been given a life blessed with creative skills - even if it means I still have to use my fingers when I'm counting and I can't really throw a ball. What makes you a genius?

Hi friends! I'm back from a much-needed summer vacation - sunburnt and covered in mosquito bites, but happy to have had a wonderful week away. It's time to get out of rest mode, and back into creative work mode!
