11 things in '11: goal number ten

Five months into the year, and three goals down! (Read about the first two goals I crossed off my list here and here) Goal number ten is about to happen - volunteer with CTI Music Ministries. Nate and I are leaving on Friday to spend the summer volunteering as part of CTI's summer training community. I'm so excited to be back serving with the ministry I spent a year with, and I can honestly say that their ministry changed my life in the most incredible ways.

11 things in '11: goal number seven

Slowly but surely, I'm tackling my 11 goals for 2011! In full swing now is number 7: start a fitness routine. I found this workout on Pinterest, of all places - and I love it!

I love that you don't need any fancy equipment (except that I add fancy soup cans to work my arms during the leg lifts and squats), and it's easily doable in thirty minutes. And yes, for the record, this workout is totally kicking my butt.
